A former singer, multipassionate entrepreneur, Organizational Architect, Coach and Change Maker, I am on a mission to guide my clients understand and manage the challenges they face on their journey to success, getting them unstuck and unleashing their potential to create the career of their dreams and land jobs that don’t feel like work.

Five years ago, I started a transformational journey (the second in a decade) to connect with the job of my dreams, to live life doing the things I love, not only the ones I was good at, to get paid for my unique talents and “superpowers” that let me to you, to this page and to this movement coaching and helping people like you live your best life too.

Osmary in a nutshell
I started my career in the non-for-profit and public sector helping smaller communities grow. Then I transitioned into the corporate world to help organizations improve their socially responsible practices. From there I worked with various teams and organizations that needed help overcoming challenges, focusing on training, and coaching, project deployment, building highly effective teams, improving organizational structures, career development, and really anything that will help them fly in the right direction toward success.
I am a hiking and nature lover, and a singing aficionado. Singing since I was four years old (because it was my family’s tradition), I have traveled the world touring in a choir. Grew up on the coasts of Venezuela and have lived in Toronto since 2011 and I still miss the beach.
I also have a talented younger brother who is a professional musician - somebody in the family had to do it professionally!
I enjoy cross-fitness but struggle to maintain a steady workout schedule (building the habit is always a work in progress!). I indulge in fancy coffee and am kind of a “foodie”. I call myself an “introvert” and a “nerd” by choice. Focusing on leadership studies and self-development, can talk about personal or career change, organizational development, Agile, yoga, and Star Wars all day.
