Steffen Stäuber can be best described as a curious creative and lateral thinker. He combines his expertise in communication, design, and technology to help companies to bridge the gap between ideas, strategy and new business solutions.
This approach paired with curiosity has taken him from Germany to China and the UK where he worked with major brands like Mercedes, BMW, MTV, Nivea as well as different startups. The renown German newspaper “Die Welt” selected him in 2012 as one of the “30 under 30” changemakers within the country.
After over 10 years in business, he got frustrated with the growing disconnect between companies, their customers and the collective challenges we face as humanity in the 21st century. So he quit his job as managing partner in Berlin to travel around the world to explore the question on how we can build successful businesses that play a meaningful role in solving these problems. Today he is helping entrepreneurs to find their purpose and support their organizations to make a difference in the market and the world.
